Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still Japanese Whisky Shochu_Fieberstrauch It is a Genshu ShochuThe Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still is a complex and multi layered whisky from Japan's south, produced by the still young Kanosuke Distillery, whose parent company nevertheless has a 150 year tradition in the production of spirits. This whisky is made from malted and unmalted barley and distilled in a special stainless steel pot still. It is matured in new American oak and bourbon barrels.
